Multiserv Concept Telecoms introduces the CallShop Solution. This solution allows internet café operators and internet service provider’s offer their customer’s easy to use long distance phone and local PSTN service. For the internet café operators, they are able to offer this service in multiple booths that does not require an attendant what so ever. This helps reduce cost of employing different agents to man each booth created.
For the service providers or carriers, they are able to offer this service to multiple internet café operators; these helps increase the number of traffic that runs through their network which in turns increases sales and profit margin.
By taking advantage of this multi-level application, administrators have the ability to deliver billing and call routing to their agents and CallShop managers, reducing their operating costs and encouraging business growth.

Real-time Billing
The CallShop solution allows the user view their bill instantly after a call is placed. With the real time billing, CallShop operators can also add additional charges, such as internet usage, to each bill and print the bills/receipts in the CallShop for their customers

Prepaid/postpaid Payment Available
The option of either collecting funds before or after a call is also available in the CallShop solution. Attendant in the CallShop can be permission by the administrator to have this exclusive right where they can bill a customer before they place a call (by collecting a deposit) or charge the customer after they have completed the call.

Easy Rate Management
This allows Administrators to define their selling rates and make them available to CallShop Owners and Operators. Callshop Owners and Operators then have the ability to set their mark up based on the pre-defined rate setup by the administrator.Access Control

Management
These solution has three levels of access; Administrator, CallShop Owner, and Operator. The administrator controls the overall access and has the ability to limit the rights of each user and control available options, such as the number of booths available to each owner/operator, permission to view CDR and balance or receive incoming calls.

CDR Reporting 
The CDR, Call Detail Record, is an enhanced reporting tool which enables administrators, CallShop owners, and operators to view call details, cost, profit, and duration of each call placed by the customer

Booth Management
Here, the administrator/operator of the CallShop has the right to activate or deactivate a booth at anytime. We also have multi – level of access control when managing the booths. These allows for easy control of each individual booths
